Fire Detection

ProAkustik distributes EN54-certified fire detection equipment and provides technical support to installers and designers. We cover conventional and addressable panels, smoke/heat/CO detectors, sounders, power supplies and integration modules. Installations are performed by our certified partners.

As a distributor we focus on reliable supply and expert support across all phases — from concept and sizing to commissioning. We ensure component compatibility (panels, loops, detectors, call points, sounders, power supplies) and advise on standards (e.g., EN54) and evacuation scenarios.
We support both conventional and addressable systems, including aspirating detection (point and pipe) for very early smoke warning in demanding areas (server rooms, high-density warehouses). Integration modules are available for BMS/SCADA, access control and panic systems.

Our team provides project assistance (detector layout, loop calculations, sounder and signaling selection), wiring schemes and recommendations for power and redundancy. For certified partners we assist with parameterization, testing and compliance documentation.

Do you perform fire detection installations?

No — we are a distributor providing project and technical support. Installations and periodic tests are carried out by our certified partner installers in accordance with regulations.

Addressable or conventional panels — which to choose?

For larger and more complex sites we recommend addressable systems (precise alarm location, better diagnostics). For small and simple sites, conventional panels are sufficient.

What is aspirating smoke detection and when is it used?

Aspirating detection samples air through a pipe network to provide very early smoke warning. Ideal for server rooms, high-density warehouses and high-ceiling/inaccessible areas.

Can the system be integrated with BMS and other technologies?

Yes. Communication modules are available for BMS/SCADA and integration with access control, lighting and panic systems (e.g., automatic unlocking and guided evacuation).
