We select components and platforms for performance, safety and sustainability; certified partners carry out installation under our guidance and supervision.

Objectives & measurement
We track response/resolution times, first-time-right rate, repeat interventions, user satisfaction, system reliability and process compliance; findings are turned into actions and reports.
Planning & documentation
Each delivery includes specifications, test scenarios, commissioning plan, checklists and as-built documentation, with versioning, equipment traceability and change logs.
Partners & suppliers
Selection is based on competence and results. We provide training, certifications and periodic audits. Installations are performed by our partner installer network with ProAkustik technical guidance.
Change control & security
Changes follow a defined change-management process. We protect data and privacy (GDPR) and recommend energy-efficient, sustainable options where applicable.
Continuous improvement
Incidents and complaints undergo RCA; CAPA measures are defined and tracked. Knowledge is fed back into guidelines and best practices for the next delivery.
Measuring success
We track quality using metrics: response and resolution times, number of repeat interventions, first-time-right deliveries, user feedback and system reliability in operation. We turn findings into actions and update our guidelines.
