ProAkustik is an authorized representative and distributor of Commax systems. We offer classic, IP and 2-wire intercoms for single-family homes, multi-apartment buildings and commercial sites. We supply equipment, provide technical support and trainings for installers. Installations are performed by our certified partners. Other brands are also available when required.

As a distributor, ProAkustik covers the full Commax portfolio: outdoor door stations (audio/video with RFID keypads), high-resolution indoor monitors, multiple handsets per apartment, electric strike control and integration with CCTV (RTSP/ONVIF where applicable). IP systems enable network environments (PoE, SIP integrations, mobile apps for remote answering), while 2-wire systems simplify retrofits without pulling new cables.

For multi-apartment buildings we support multi-channel/line configurations with directories, LCD keypads and access control (RFID/PIN). In commercial sites, intercoms can integrate with reception systems, access control and IP telephony. Our team assists installers with topology choice (star/bus), power sizing, wire gauge, module compatibility and commissioning — including migration guidance from analog to IP or 2-wire.

Do you perform intercom installations?

What is the difference between IP and 2-wire systems?

IP systems use network infrastructure (PoE, SIP, mobile apps) and integrate well with other IT solutions. 2-wire systems reuse existing two conductors and are excellent for quick retrofits without new cabling, while still offering rich features.

Can intercoms be integrated with cameras and access control?

Yes. Outdoor stations can be connected to cameras (RTSP/ONVIF) and access controllers, control electric strikes and use RFID/PIN readers.

I have an old analog system — can I move to IP or 2-wire?

Yes. In many cases existing wiring can be reused: for 2-wire migration you keep the two conductors; for IP we recommend PoE and a star topology. We will help you choose the best option.
